Memorable stay in Bilaspur

The hotel staff including those at receotion, restaurant, and room service were very warm and courteous. They went our if rhe way to make us feel welcone and took care of our every need. The room was clean and immaculate. Only thing missing was soap at the sink. Plenty of water bottles were provided. Service was always prompt. Also appreciate the tea and packed breakfast prepared for us at 5.00 am!!! The care and comfort provided made our stay in Bilaspur enjoyable and memorable.

Easy, smooth check in. Reception staff very helpful-eager to accomodate requests about room choice. Food choice in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner easily one of the best. Good room service. Room cleaning staff could be better, need a bit more training . Having no licence for serving alcohol could put a dampener on the spirit for some !

Hotel staff is the BEST!

Hotel staff, particularly Anand (our driver), Kartik & Pravish went above and beyond to help us in every way possible during our stay. We were completing an international adoption & many times required translation, photo copying, recommendations, phone calls, etc. Each staff member always helped us readily & cheerfully.
