Konum, oda konforu, temizlik ve kahvaltı bakımından mükemmel bir deneyim yaşadık. Her şeyin ötesinde sevgili Yelda Hanım ve Cihan Bey ile ekibin yakın ilgisi bizi çok mutlu etti. Biga Palas’ta evimizde kalıyormuş gibi hissettik ve uzun zamandır ihmal ettiğimiz memleketimize sık sık gitme kararı aldık. Hissettirdikleri için teşekkürler❤️.

Yorumlara bakarak tercih etmiştim pişman olmadım. Kahvaltı alanı biraz küçük ama sevimli kahvaltı menüsü de çeşitli ve yeterliydi. Fakat çocuklarının kaldığı odada 2.gün olmasına rağmen duş jeli kontrol edilmemiş ve doldurulmamış dolayısıyla sabah banyo konusunda sorun yaşanmış oldu. Ama dekorasyonu ve odalar gayet temiz ve şıktı. Kesinlikle gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz. Çalışanları da güleryüzlü tavsiye edebileceğim bir mekan.

Çok güzel bir otel. Odalar tanıtım fotoğraflarında olduğu gibi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Sadece otopark sıkıntısı var; çünkü otelin bulunduğu cadde araç trafiği yönünden oldukça yoğun. Bir de otelin duvarları ince olduğu için komşu odada çok gürültülü kişiler varsa rahatsız olabilirsiniz.

Biga da beklentimin çok üstünde bir otel ve hizmet ile karşılaştım. Ötele normalden geç bir saatte ulaşmama rağmen beni bekletmemek için elinden geleni yapan beyefendiye çok teşekkürler. Saatlerce süren yolculuktan sonra bu nezaket ve ilgi alaka ilaç gibi geldi. Otel hem çok şık hem de çok konforlu. 3. Katta kaldığım odada herşey keyifli idi. İnternet bağlantısının hızı da iyiydi. Çay ve kahve ikramı hoş bir jest. Kahvaltısı birçok otele göre çok iyiydi. Herşeyden şok memnun kaldım. Teşekkür ve tavsiye ederim.
