"The hotel was very clean and the efficiency unit was quite large with a nice balcony. Bed was comfy and pillows were excellent. Location was great and we were able to walk to find a good place for a meal. The breakfast had good basic variety( bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit) and the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again. 👍"

"Do not book a room through hotels.com the photos of the Okanagan Seasons Resort in Kelowna BC were misrepresented and not at all what we found when we arrived . The rooms were filthy, I’m not certain the beds were even changed, the blinds were falling off or broken , walls filthy , toilet covered in only god knows, no toilet roll holder, lamps with shades covered in dirt and graffiti , stunk of cigarette smoke , inadequate and broken locks on doors and patios , floors filthy , pictures crooked on walls, paint peeling and cracking on the ceiling . This place should be condemned ."
