"Room was supposed to be cleaned every other day and was not cleaned at all. Complementary water in the lobby often was empty. Everything else is good."

"Lovely pool area comfy beds. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Rooms could do with a bit of updating and one of the plug sockets sparked when I pulled out a phone charging plug. Plenty of towels. Breakfast could do with a bit better quality products and selection. But I loved the general feel of the hotel. Laundry room was very useful"

"Overall a very good experience with no major incoveniences. The elevator was under maintainence but that sort of things happen. One reccommendation would be to have a guest laundry within the hotel to improve the overall experience."
