Downstream Casino Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Property was very nice and clean, even with the smoking in the casino. It was probably the cleanest casino I’ve been in and had enough to keep us busy for the weekend. Red Oak Steakhouse was amazing, good ambience and delicious food. Sports bar was ok and the buffet was so-so with a lot of unused space on it, which was surprising. The room was spacious and comfy with a view of the forest, very pretty and peaceful. Room showed a little wear but was very clean. Bed could have a little less motion transfer but was ok. We had a lot of fun, nice quick getaway and fun games!"
Regency Inn

"Room was clean, parking was perfect. Air conditioning worked but made a weird noise. Staff was nice and welcoming but when we went to check out we rang the bell several time and no one came so we left the cards on counter and left."

"I’ve done a lot of short trips the last couple years and this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, it was clean and quiet and felt very new. Nice small pool. Safe area. Solid breakfast. Very pleased."

"The tv in the first room i checked into didn’t work, but immediately was changed to another room on the same floor, this room had a much better tv and it functioned perfectly. And this was without even arguing. The staff was very accommodating. He did try to fix and repair the tv first but briefly and then switched the room"

"The beds were very comfortable. One of our rooms was not the cleanest, but the other was fine. Breakfast left something to be desired since they were out of a lot of items."

Baxter Inn

"Our goal was a 1 night stay, we paid around 80$ and we wanted clean, safe and comfortable place. The showers were hot and the AC was cold! Bed was good. The room.was clean and passed our dust test better than some chain hotels. The hotel could use100 % an upgrade but did that affect my night . The shower and the shower curtain was clean. Ice machine looked broken and icky but overall it met my goal and we are off to the next part of our trip!"
