"The Internet was slow and the bathroom was dirty. The heat and air didn't work. The toilet leaked and didn't flush. I feel like a refund or compensation is appreciate. I paid good money. Also the staff didn't know what they were doing. I had to go down 4 times to give info and my debit card. "

Someone went to the counter to buy stuff from their ‘store’ and charged my card on file, then questioned me about it and if someone ‘in my party’ would have purchased anything. Pool was cloudy and needed maintaining. Breakfast was subpar. I would not choose this hotel or recommend it"
