"Very bad dirty pillows. Dirty carpets. Staff not friendly and helpful. Ac not working. Room service had to be requested. And noisy trams rite next to the hotel and wake u up late at nite and early am. The only good point is good breakfast ( same food evry day though). "

"We stayed in a grand twin room - the room was very spacious and the bedding and everthing was well cleaned. There was lots of room to put down a suitcase, hang up clothes etc. The beds and pillows were very comfortable after a lot of walking around the city. The location is excellent, centrally located for walking to the major tourist attractions both northwards and southwards. Yet it was also quiet and peaceful, we didn't hear a peep from anyone else in the hotel. It was reassuring that there was a safe in the room, and the soaps provided were nice. The reception staff were friendly and looked after our baggage after check out. There are snacks/drinks vending machines, and boiling hot water dispenser and free teas on alternating floors. Overall a great value place to stay for our first trip to Berlin."

"Excellent location to train station and everything you would want to see and do. Room was large and very quiet. We had an issue with the shower on the first morning and our room was quickly changed. Hotel always seemed quiet for the size which was good."
