"An unusual disappoint on our trip in southern Utah. The major issue was the mattress that sunk in the middle. Also the room was too warm and there was no ac. One of the other objectionable things about this place is postings everywhere with emphatic instructions. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Great location for visiting Capitol Reef. Some pretty aged furniture, but was clean and had the best sofa bed we encountered in our entire trip. Check-in was a little slow, but staff were pleasant and overall very happy with our choice to stay here."

Extensive kitchen and supplies available to guests willing to do their own cooking. Very limited dining available in this small isolated town. Be prepared to travel for meals or to prepare your own. Good grocery store across the street."
