Good value hotel close to Bicester Village, the reception lady (short dark hair) was particularly welcoming. The hotel was overall nice, the family rooms were a little small for a family with older children and the trunk beds we’ve had elsewhere cause less arguments than a sofa double. Lovely modern bathroom though some shaving hair’s in the sink on arrival.

Great stay overall! The room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. It was very quiet, which made for a restful night—aside from one brief interruption when the fire alarm went off. Would definitely stay again.
