Ok hotel

The hotel is located near DB mall and thus has many options for dining and other amenities. My room overlooked a filthy city steer and an equally ugly building. Nothing redeeming about the room. Breakfast was good and service was great there. Hauled 3 bags down the stairs when elevator failed and staff at desk just watched. Rooms were basic, nothing special. Place was convenient to town and that is about all. It’s nothing fancy but is good enough

Pictures are deceiving. I had booked the hotel for 7 days but I checked out the first day. The hotel had a musty smell. Although the hotel staff moved me to a executive room but the smell is pervasive. The hotel management was adamant that they will not offer me any refund so I had to forfeit my entire stay amount although I stayed there for only a few hours. I had a real bad experience with the Lemon Tree management and will never recommend anyone stay there. Bathrooms had mold, toilet seats were broken, there was used mouth brush left. I can go on and on. Corridors smell musty because the carpet has probably not been cleaned in a while and looks shabby. I hope someone from Lemon Tree group reads this and gets the property cleaned up.
