"Hotel muito bom, estrutura muito boa, tudo novo e acessível. Equipe muita atenciosa. Muito agradável a experiência. Café da manhã ótimo, variado e bem servido. O elevador é bem pequeno, com mais de uma mala média só caberá uma pessoa, mas algo tranquilo isso. O único problema é que fica na margem da rodovia, os andares mais baixos tem muito barulho de trânsito o dia inteiro. Prefira andares mais altos e quartos nos fundos. No mais, tudo perfeito."

"Eu esperava mais, por ser um "hotel spa" e pelo valor da diária... Tem serviço de massagem (terceirizado) com agendamento prévio e pagamento a parte. A sauna estava desativada. A piscina não estava aquecida e como fui no inverno estava friozinho, quando fomos usar a piscina uma funcionária falou que ia pedir pra ligarem o aquecimento, que haviam esquecido... E que a sauna estava desativada... A pia do banheiro acumulava água e demorava a escoar quando usávamos. A torneira de água quente...

"Fui conhecer o Monte Castelo e passei 2 diárias, mas não gostei. Eles colocam vc num quarto no terceiro andar e sem elevador. Toda hora que vc precisar sair do quarto tem que subir e descer escadas. O banheiro estava cheio de feses e não descia com a descarga. Imediatamente liguei e a recepção mandou um rapaz desentupir. "A suíte do Rangel é limpa, aconchegante. "Convenient and safe location with access to the mall and lots of parking spaces. Staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good and shower was ok. Room lacked clothes iron and soap dish on the sink and had damage to the wall paper. Our room was close to the shopping parking lot that had a venue on the rooftop that hosted a party Friday and Saturday night. Music was very loud which made it impossible to sleep. Lots of very loud people on the hall checking out at 6 am on Saturday. Good hotel, but definitely not quiet. "
