"My quilt to sleep with had a mast stain on it. It was disgusting. And I could Not sleep with any covering . We traveled all day so I was exhausted and ready to sleep. When I told management on and showed the picture all he said was ewww and sorry. No compensation nothing. He was not at all consoling. ..."
