Room at the back of the hotel was clean, nice and cozy. Good double bed.
Airconditioning and/or fans outside were very very noisy.
We had to keep the window shut because of that.
If the noise was not so loud we would have rated the room with a 4.

Beautiful hotel, grand lobby, nice rooms, big decent size bathroom, in a convenient location.
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the two ladies with long hair serving at the front check-in counter. Breakfast room was grand and selection fantastic.

There is city tax to pay and parking to pay for at the front desk. Which was not announced in the booking. The shower is just a handheld in the bath. This was nit what i would expect for such a place

We chose the hotel for proximity to the MECC. Great location, parking isn't included in the price. The lobby was very pleasant and had plenty of seating. The rooms are very dated and need a makeover. TV was very small and only had a couple of channels working. We tried to get some food in the evening ...
