"No cleaning and no kitchen in the morning. The lady was nice enough to comp the snacks they did have available because they had no kitchen staff. Rooms weren’t cleaned/towels not replaced after asking so we swapped rooms. "

Then I left a necklace in the bathroom and I called for it and they are saying they didn’t find it and I know I left it on accident. That means the housekeeper kept it and didn’t turn it in. I even asked the lady when I called to ask the housekeepers if they had cause I worked at a hotel before being a housekeeper and we would leave things on our "

"The hotel was great and the room was very clean. Our only slight complaint was the breakfast was exactly the same everyday of our stay and was cold even at 6:30am when breakfast starts and bread and bagels were stale and hard. The offerings where a little strange for breakfast as well as meatballs, chicken and bean burritos, and salad are not what I would call breakfast. we did enjoy the scrambled eggs and Texas shaped waffle. "
