Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia no Flat Perfeito Amarilis, na Riviera de São Lourenço. O apartamento realmente faz jus ao nome: tudo muito limpo, organizado e aconchegante. A anfitriã foi excepcional, sempre atenciosa, prestativa e rápida nas respostas, o que tornou nossa experiência ainda melhor. O flat é excelente e super recomendamos! No geral, tive uma ótima experiência no hotel. O quarto é confortável, a limpeza impecável e o pessoal do hotel é extremamente prestativo e atencioso. O café da manhã também é bom, com boas opções e um ambiente agradável. A única situação que me deixou desconfortável foi relacionada ao atendimento via WhatsApp da flatperfeito.com. Solicitei um cobertor por conta do clima frio e a resposta que recebi foi em um tom um pouco crítico, como se eu não tivesse lido as normas expostas. Fizeram questão de frisar que as informações estavam no e-mail e também na parede do quarto, mas o aviso estava em um local pouco visível. Entendo que normas existam e precisam ser seguidas, mas acredito que a forma de comunicar faz toda a diferença na experiência do hóspede. Um tom mais acolhedor e cordial teria sido mais adequado. No geral, recomendo o hotel e acredito que com pequenos ajustes na comunicação, a experiência pode se tornar ainda melhor.
