"I remember when this place was a special hotel in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, it is so dated and it has not kept up with what usually happens in hotels. For example. there was no microwave in the room. However, I found a microwave next to an ice machine that was not functioning. The location was dirty -- no way was I using it. When I checked in, there was no explanation as to how my room would be cleaned. In fact, no one came to clean my room, I ended up going to the front desk and...

"Would stay again and everything was great!"

"This room was very comfortable and adequate. Dean and Emilio at the front desk continuously assisted us I bringing to our room items that we requested for accessibility needs. We would recommend this room."

"We have stayed here before when we see family in the area. We are planning on this being our go to hotel. My only complaint is they hide the smokers area around the side of the building. Putting little area where you can be and feel safe with cover while smoking would be great. I understand not being next to the door, but it is a little scary being out of site from everything."

"The room needed to be vacuumed & needed some repairs. The breakfast is good. Parking is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful."
