"I have been a Hilton Honors member for years and have stayed at Hilton hotels since I was a child. I have never experienced anything remotely close to this. This hotel does not reflect Hilton’s standards in any way, it felt more like a chaotic, unregulated environment than a professional hospitality establishment. To make matters worse, guests are expected to go beyond normal tidying and essentially clean up after themselves, with staff stating that overnight guests should maintain the room “as they would at home.” That is not what anyone expects when staying at a hotel, especially not at a Hilton property. What’s even more frustrating is the apparent lack of leadership. There is no visible management presence aside from a general manager who seems disengaged and overly familiar with staff, contributing to the unprofessional culture rather than correcting it. There is no sense of accountability, organization, or hospitality standards being upheld. Communication was also a major issue. There were significant language barriers with both front desk and housekeeping staff do not speak a word of English, making even simple requests extremely difficult. At no point did it feel like guest comfort or service was a priority. I am extremely disappointed by my experience at this hotel. The overall environment of the hotel felt chaotic and hostile. Staff members, including front desk and housekeeping, were frequently loud in the lobby, openly speaking negatively about guests."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms are dated, but cleanliness is more important to me and that part was excellent. Very affordable as well. The breakfast was standard for a hotel ‘hot’ breakfast. Waffles, sausage, and eggs. Then the standard cold items like yogurt, cereal, and muffins. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was really dirty. Mold in bathroom. Stuff left by previous guest was still there. The lights above kitchen table did not work and staff could not find a solution. No breakfast but they have a coffee station but no milk or cream, Just powder. The corridors were not cleaned. Finally, there was very little cutlery."

"The room was not clean, did not smell great, and the furniture was pretty beat up. Pictures on walls were askew, not all the lights worked, fan in the bathroom never stopped running, and the TV cut out intermittently. Room keys took many tries for entry. On the plus side, check in was easy and the staff was pleasent. Breakfast looked adequate but we did not partake."

"Our room smell like cigarettes when we first walked in and it was a non-smoking room. The room was very dirty and there was stains and ripped up furniture. The ice bucket was filthy and there was bed bugs. We did get moved to a different room but the room was still not the cleanest. The staff was nice. "

"The pool room was the most disgusting pool& hot tub i have ever seen. The doors were covered in rust Pool- water was a murky Grey and debris floating around. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a long time. Hot Tub- same as the pool. I had to tell my children it was shut down because it was so gross. DO BETTER FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE PURCHASING ROOMS AND EXPECT TO RELAX IN A POOL AND NOT A SWAMP."
