"I have been staying at this hotel since it was country inn and suites around 2011, I can't believe how bad it has gone down hill! A person could pop a tire trying to navigate the road in and parking lot, informed there is no housekeeping, had to find someone if you need anything. They have laundry but don't sell laundry detergent, was told to go to dollorama! They also need pest control, there was so many spiders and ants! Too cheap to call the orkinman I guess. Too sum up this hotel is dirty...

"The hotel is fairly new so shows well. Breakfast was the best of all the places I stayed in the last week."

"Excellent location; convenient to navigate throughout Charlottetown and beyond. Delicious warm breakfast; breakfast room fills up quickly but there are spots close to the fireplace for extra seating. Warm pool but no hot tub. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff. Would stay again , if we ever get to return to beautiful PEI!"

"The only downfall for us was the price of parking. The hotel was clean, spacious, a delicious breakfast included with a lot of choices, and was close to everything we needed. The only let down for us like I said was the price of parking at $14 a day, adds up quickly when you’re there for a few nights."

"Rooms smells"

"It was very clean, but needs a room update. The small air conditioner sat on a tv stand. The room was filled with second hand treasures, and made the room feel a little tired. The room was large which was nice but the wiring was questionable (everything plugged into an overloaded outlet). The bathroom was updated and spacious. The breakfast was a continental style with hard boiled eggs. The coffee was good."

"The staff were extremely calm, friendly and knowledgeable and apologetic. They were very helpful with directions around the city. Breakfast was amazing. Although it would have been nice to have some hash browns and maybe some muffins or sweetbread like other Best Westerns offer. I was very happy with their French toast as that is something that others don't offer. I feel whomever is managing this Best Western is doing a poor job of guiding their staff. I would expect that their would be at...

"Convenient"

"This property is part hotel, part motel. I was assigned to the motel part, which was fine. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The sliver of soap for a three night stay was a bit inadequate. There was shampoo, but no conditioner. The amenities made it seem like an inferior property. Breakfast was very good. It has everything else going for it, why skimp on a bar of soap?"

"La chambre était propre et le personnel était gentil. Par contre, durant les deux jours de notre séjour, il y avait seulement un employé à la réception. Quand l’employé était parti aider un client, il n’y avait donc personne… Au déjeuner, ce sont des assiettes jetables qui sont utilisées et durant notre 2e déjeuner, l’hôtel n’en avait plus à donner…"
