good location. Is just next to Bern Wankdorf station. 3 min walk. Digital check-in is so easy. Digital key made it so convenient to access to premises. General kitchen area is clean with comfortable dining area. Comfortable bed & pillow. Cons is the room a bit too small for 2 pax.

This was my first stay with Kooook , and i must say it was amazing, Its all digitalized yet personalized, property manager was kind enough to extend my checkout for 1 hour (which is unlikely in Europe) and keep my luggage, Kitchen area is amazing to cook and coffee tea arrangements were fantastic with amazing and modern interiors. every evening i used to look forward to come back to Koook. I will definitely come back and recommend to every one..Thank you

Amazing room with lots of storage and nice kitchenette. However the microwave did not work in our studio. The communal room/lobby on the 8th floor is a great concept. The best hotel of our 4 cities stay in Switzerland !

We stayed file people at the kook. Unfortunately One pull out double bed is not wide enough for two. Can be arranged wider. Room kitchen hob is tiny for 5 and did not worked properly. We used main kitchen hob but it was always in use for other people. Ventilation is not suitable for kitchen when you cook. Common Seating are is charming. Location is very good for transport.

It was my 3rd stay at this property, conveniently located for my needs. All is good, their common space on the 8th floor is welcoming. My room overlooked the train station which made it too loud for me to leave the window open. Apparently, the guest before me has used the kitchenette and cooked Indian food as it was quite smelly. Clean but smelly. Will still choose to stay in the future.

Very convenient to stay several days. I Just had dificcult tô get in the building arriving from the parking: to open the door need internet, and I didnt have It underground. Need to improve this point. Clean Room, staff Very friendly and they have a Very confortable Common área. I do recommend. Parking cost me 24 Suisse Francs per night. There os no Breakfast.
