"As expected from Swissôtel, a very enjoyable stay. Excellent location, friendly and welcoming staff, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return."
"I don’t write many reviews but want to enthuse about the Bellevue Palace, primarily for the quality of customer service. The staff are the warmest, most delightful, caring and helpful I’ve ever experienced in a hotel of this quality, I will return!"
"This hotel is close to the Bern main station (about 7 minutes walk). Safe neighborhood, very friendly staff, and breakfast has a wide variety of options of cheeses, pastries, and other Swiss foods.
I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future trip to Switzerland."
