"Disappointing stay raised with the manager but no meaningful resolution. The staff were friendly and the room had some positives, including clean linen, a good-sized TV and convenient parking, but unfortunately the overall experience was very poor. The hotel felt in need of a thorough clean and better maintenance. "We wanted to stay in the center of Tetbury and within the walking distance to all, and we found this perfect boutique hotel. It’s very clean and the bed was so comfortable. After a long day, you can have a nice drink at their bar or just an outdoor seating. We had dinner, and it was delicious. All their staffs were professional and friendly. As picky as I am, I was happy with this place."
