"This hotel has a perfect location right near the river and fun things to do. An elevator was not working the entire four days we were there which really affected being able to get up and down to and from your room. One time it took almost 10 minutes to get an elevator going down while we were waiting for an Uber. The room was nice, clean and met our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant, Hoyt, always seemed. packed and crowded so we didn’t end up eating or drinking there. Overall, not as high rated as the London house, but certainly nice in a great location."
