"The property location is close to airport and very convenient if you have a rental car or are okay walking 5-7min to public transportation. The hotel is close to Grieg’s house and Laguna Mall. The kids missed breakfast due to time zone and Anika went above and beyond to fix a travel box for the kids. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful of families. Thank you!"

"The Charment delivers its name, with a traditional French design throughout the hotel. But as a newer hotel, its climate & light control system is state of the art. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and room was very comfortable. Included breakfast is served from a menu, and the food was good. Location is perfect, just :10 from train station and shopping, with several restaurants & stores on the same street, so we could walk everywhere."
