"Nothing exceptional about this hotel except the location is decent. The room was about 80 degrees Fahrenheit No air conditioning. Window open a little bit but subject you to street noise. The pillows are so deplete of filling that they are practically useless. A king bed has two of these which even when combined offer little head support. "I thought i booked a hotel but I was wrong, I booked an experiance.
This is one of, maybe the best hotel ive stayed at in my life at any price point. Wish I would have known, we would have stayed an extra day in lovely Bergen just to hang around here."
"The hotel was a little less basic than I had thought. The restaurant was only open for breakfast (no dinner service) but there was a good choice. Handy location for the main harbour area and next to the historic castle."

Also, when we checked in we were upgraded to a suite! This was amazing. The room had a living room, large table, separate bedroom. and 1.5 bathrooms....
"The hotel is in an excellent location opposite the fish market and very, very close to Bryggen and other places. The view from our hotel room windows is superb, and there is so much to eat at breakfast :):):) "
