Gsnz bezauberndes Hotel ,mit viel Liebe zum Detail.Wir hatten ein wunderschönes geräumiges Familienzimmer( zwei Zimmer). Wir haben wunderbar in den bequemen Betten geschlafen. Gut solides Frühstück in schönem Restaurant.Toller Spielplatz,Inselrodrodelbahn und Rugand Turm innerhalb 10- 15 min Fussläufig zu erreichen. Super bequeme Fahrt mit dem Bus -Haltestelle direckt vorm Hotel- zum "Störti" und zurück .Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Ein gutes Hotel gute zentrale lage . Schöne zimmer und Restaurant ist auch im Hotel drinnen was ideal ist. Es hat uns gut gefallen wir kommen gern wieder.

Alles in allem in Ordnung

Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung wenn man keine grossen Ansprüche hat. Der Parkplatz ist recht weit weg vom Hotel aber mit 1euro Tagespreis in Ordnung(Auffahrt an der Schranke nichts für tiefer gelegte Autos). Es ist ziemlich hellhörig und als unten geraucht wurde zog der Geruch durch die Zimmertür. Ich würde kein Zimmer mehr in Fahrstuhlnähe wollen. Ansonsten ist das Design vom Hotel/Deko/Ausstattung recht interessant weil gemischt und ohne eindeutige Stilrichtung. Das Frühstück macht satt ist aber einfach und phantasielos.

Hat uns nicht gefallen. Bett nur von einer Seite zugänglich,nur 1Nachtschrank Leselampe nur auf 1Seite. Einsicht in die Fenster von gegenüber, kein Sichtschutz so das am Tag die Vorhänge zu bleiben müssen.Flurlicht funktioniert nur sporadisch, abends muss man gelegentlich durch dunkle Gänge. Zum Frühstück billige Aufbackbrötchen , grausigen Kaffee und süßen Bacon. Nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unser Doppelbettzimmer war sehr geräumig trotz dem Zustellbett. Jeder hatte ausreichend Platz sogar unser Hund (Berner Sennenhund) . Das Frühstück war vielfältig und ausreichend . Das Restaurant war insgesamt sehr gut. Da Essen hat geschmeckt und unser Hund durfte auch mit rein. Er hat Niemanden gestört trotz seiner Größe wurde er kaum bemerkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Hotel

Gemütliches Hotel im stadtzentrum von Bergen auf Rügen. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof und einge Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Umgebung. Hat uns gut gefallen schöne zimmer gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal.

sehr gemütliches Hotel, mal etwas ganz Anderes als das Übliche Mitarbeiter teils sehr freundlich (Rezeption!), teils etwas überfordert, unhöflich (Service beim Frühstück) Frühstück insgesamt ok, allerdings hatte ich nach vorherigen Kommentaren mehr Auswahl erwartet... Einige Sachen, die aus waren gab es halt nicht mehr. Pech, wenn man nicht gleich alles mitgenommen hat.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel. Das zwar nicht ganz das Thema Märchen trifft. Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Könnte mir vorstellen nochmal einen Kurzurlaub dort zu verbringen.

Hyggeligt hotel og maden i restauranten var god.

Et hyggeligt hotel indrettet i en gammelt hus midt i byen, så man skal kunne lide skæve gulve og leve med lidt trafiklarm fra gaden.

This is a historic building that has been tastefully modernized. Helpful staff and the food in the attached steakhouse is wonderful! Especially their steaks.

Eine Enttäuschung!

Von diesem Hotel waren wir leider enttäuscht. Mit Märchenhotel hat das ganz auch nichts zu tun. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber (vor allem das Bad)Es fanden Renovierungsarbeiten statt, von denen wir nichts wußten.Die Atmoshäre in dem Hotel ist lieblos. Die Bettwäsche wurde in 9 Tagen nicht einmal gewechselt. Staub gesaugt oder geputzt wude nicht und auch schmutzige Gläser im Zimmer wurden nicht ausgewechselt. Das man bei Ankunft mit der Aufforderung sofort zu bezahlen, begrüßt wird, ist auch nicht gerade üblich. Das Frühstück war ganz ordentlich, außer das der Kaffee immer sehr dünn war. Das Servicepersonal (außer an der Rezeption)war ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Rührei wurde von einem wahren Könner hergestellt. Sehr gut! Wir würden dieses Hotel derzeit nicht weiter empfehlen. Da muss einiges getan werden.

Ungewöhnliche Unterkunft

Ein interessantes Hotel in einem renovierten alten Fachwerkhaus-Komplex. Freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind in der Verbindung von etwas überladenem Design und altem Fachwerk recht ungewöhnlich. Das gilt auch für den Schnitt und vor allem für das integrierte, nur mit einer Glaswand abgetrennte Bad. Etwas mehr Privatsphäre täte gut. Frühstück war okay.

Zimmer und Sauberkeit waren in Ordnung. wlan im Zimmer funktionierte gut. Servicepersonal im Restaurant scheint überfordert. 21h als Betriebsschluss war uns zu früh. Besonders weil schon 1/2 Stunde vorher begonnen wurde, für das Frühstück aufzudecken, obwohl noch mehrere Gäste im Restaurant waren.

Es handelt sich um ein kleines familiäres Haus, sauber, etwas verwinkelt, aber man findet sich bald zurecht, Frühstück entsprach unseren Erwartungen, es gab alles, was zu einem normalen Frühstück gehört. Nachteilig ist das Fehlen einesFahrradabstellraumes.
