Breakfast was excellent. So many choices and nothing too much trouble. I can see it may be an issue in high season, but in October there was enough sunloungers at the pool and beach for everyone. "Room was nice, staff was excellent, so friendly. The owner even stopped by to chat with us at breakfast. We ate dinner here also. The food was great. There were a lot of stairs up to the hotel, which we decided to take instead of the lift because we loved the exercise. It was like a Stairmaster to our rooms. We were within 5 minutes of a nice, clean beach. Easy walkability, eco-friendly, we'd stay here again and recommend it. "

"We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again"

Close to the city center with bus/train stations, banks/ATMs. Turtle beach also very close, we can feed the friendly sea turtles and take photos. Kids friendly beach area. This hotel has swimming pools. One for the kids also. Good breakfast and dinner buffet with international food items, some local items also daily. Good A/C, Hot water, comfy beds.
