Our room reeked of smoke and had the window open and a machine with a water bucket trying to pull the smoke smell out. Gloria was so friendly and tried to help us. But, the room she moved us to did not have a pullout couch like she said. I went back again and explained it did not have the couch so we did not have enough beds. She then told me we could have the connecting room. When I opened it, it had no sheets on the bed and reeked of marijuana. We decided to just stay in the room that didn’t have enough beds for us as we did not want our kids staying in this hotel in a separate room. The third floor smelled like Indian food. The pool was CLOUDY and when my kids got into the hot tub and turned it on, this powder misted into the air and caused my son to have a reaction in his lungs. Staff was friendly but the management is terrible. The owner drove up in his Tesla and obviously is doing well financially. He needs to put some of that back into the property. We would never stay here again.
