The breakfast was good, had eggs and waffles along with cereal and yogurt. We used the hot tub in the pool area. It was clean with plenty of towels. Shower was nice in the room.

Check in and out was easy. Pool and hot tub not working when we arrived although that wasn’t not mentioned at booking. Breakfast was good, typical waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage links and biscuit and gravy, as well as a few bagel and bread options for toast. Overall good experience, was just my husband and I.

We booked a jacuzzi room for an extended Valentine’s weekend. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and as pictured. The staff was nice & helpful. Our only complaint is that we were wanting to enjoy the pool. It was shut down for a complete renovation. We wouldnt hesitate to wtay again.

Also the pool and hot tub are both out of order at the time which was disappointing bc it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The pool was out of order, the vending machines were out of order except for one, the ice machine was so gross I will leave a pic if I can. Worst of all was there 4 months ago and everything was the same. Everything! I think the food in the out of order machine was the same. There seemed to be 1 guy running around trying to everything. The breakfast was runny gravy, watery eggs, very unsanitary bread and beagles and sausage links that looked steamed for a couple hours at 6am. The room was clean and the staff was friendly but the facility is horrible and nasty. Clean linen.

One of the Best Stays in New Buffalo! We had a fantastic experience at the Baymont in New Buffalo, MI. The staff went above and beyond—super friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. What really stood out was the pool and jacuzzi—hands down the nicest in the area. Clean, relaxing, and perfect after a long day.
