"AC in main area not working, one of the main area ceiling fans not working, sliding glass door lock broken (could not be secured). Microwave could only plug in facing the sink. Lost power for 3 hours. There is no "water dispenser" unless they are talking about the sink faucet. No handrail on one set of stairs leading to 2 bedrooms."

"I enjoyed my stay this time just as much as the last time. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. My only complaint is that the pool could have been a bit cleaner and had more chlorine to help kill the bacteria because it looked a bit green. Other than that, it was a great stay."
