O Lote 20 é um hotel lindo, super aconchegante, familia e as pessoas do hotel são um capítulo à parte. Nos sentimos em casa. As Instalações sao bonitas, com agradáveis experiências na natureza, café da manhã muito gostoso e vista bonita. Nossa boa experiência foi multiplicada por 10 graças a gentileza e excelente atendimento da equipe. Dani, Ana Paula, Dhaiane, Amanda, Guilherme, Gabriela e Lucas formam um time maravilhoso, sempre pronto a atender da melhor forma todos os hospedes, com muito carinho e dedicação. O quarto (ficamos na suíte 7) é espaçoso, mas pecam em alguns detalhes, de higiene (atrás da cabeceira da cama havia um vão e estava bem sujo, com aranhas, inclusive; a banheira também soltou um lodo estranho após ligar a massagem), de qualidade das toalhas (bem ressecadas e de baixo padrão, não condizente com o valor da diária), de serviço da cozinha (o café da manhã estava bom, mas a tábua de filé que pedimos a noite estava bem estranha, filé ressecado e apenas 4 mini pães que estavam bem duros - não era pão colonial como anunciado no cardápio) e de conveniência (cobram taxas pelo "cinema", pelo uso da banheira externa e pelo uso da sauna). Enfim, são muito bons de fotografia e de marketing, mas o serviço oferecido não condiz com o valor da diária (1.300,00). Ficamos 2 noites anteriores na Pousada Valduga e o preço da diária foi menor e a qualidade de conforto e serviço muito superior.

Bom hotel mas pode melhorar

Hotel excelente porém na suíte 9 a cama que dizia ser king na verdade eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, ficava um vão entre elas causando desconforto ao casal. Dormimos mal por isso. Hotel diz ter xinane porém quando chegamos fomos avisados que equipamento estava quebrado. Hotel pouco acessível a qualquer pessoa com baixa mobilidade.

Lugar incrível, bem para casal aproveitar um descanso ao meio da natureza, onde só se ouve barulho dos animais, hotel novo decorado com extremo bom gosto, quarto bem amplo tudo cheiroso e confortável, ducha maravilhosa ambiente quentinho.
