Friendly staff, excellent location and breakfast, great bed, shower, silence, room temperature and cleaness. Garage was safe and flexible for self parking but with limited space for larger vehicles.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e a condições gerais do hotel são muito boas!! A equipe da recepção é muito atenciosa e ágil. O quarto é de bom tamanho, assim como o banheiro. O que deixa um pouco a desejar é o café da manhã e os elevadores nos momentos de pico de movimento. De um modo geral, é uma boa opção de hotel em Bento Gonçalves!

Hotel com ótima apresentação, novo, com quartos confortáveis e espaçosos. Possui uma boa academia na cobertura. O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ter opções além de muitos pães (a única opção sem glúten era pão de queijo, e para quem não pode nem queijo nem glúten, aí fica só nas frutas). O hotel está no centro da cidade, próximo a uma área comercial e a hospitais. Definitivamente voltaria a ficar neste hotel em Bento Gonçalves.

O hotel é muito bom, quarto amplo, cama confortável, cafe da manha variado, o atendimento é excelente, nos sentimos muito bem recebidos. Unica ponto a melhorar seria a qualidade da comida servida pelo restaurante, deixa a muito a desejar. Com certeza nos hospedariamos novamente, porém não pediriamos nenhuma refeição.
