The staff are exceptionally professional and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. The facilities are spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning done to a very high standard. Whether you’re traveling with family (as we did), as a couple, or on business, this hotel delivers an experience that feels both luxurious and effortless. Highly recommend!

Great, hotel is beautiful and staff are very friendly, only negative was the limited of activities because is not summer yet, it is a hotel to relax and enjoy your stay, for younger sister won’t be a good idea, staff are amazing and the treatment feel you very welcome there

Très beau hôtel grandioses, la plage privée est super malgré les pierres , la piscine n'est pas profondes et son nettoyage n'est pas top c'est plus pour la frime et boire des cocktails. le petit déjeuner top du top , très grande et belle chambre mais mal insonorisé,question sécurité c'est le summum . En tout cas on a passer un très bon séjour dans cet hotel en famille.

C’est notre second séjour dans cet hôtel La localisation est excentree au milieu de la lagune de Marchica ce qui en fait un lieu de calme et de repos Seul bémol la plage que nous avions beaucoup aimé au bout de Boukana ne fait plus partie du complexe Très bon restaurant

Bon séjour,calme et reposant mais il y a eu des petits bémols pour un étoilé. La femme de ménage ne passait qu’après 17h je trouve ça très décevant. Et pour le petit déjeuné en chambre nous avions que la moitié de la commande et nous avions dû contacté la réception à deux reprises pour avoir le complément. Je trouve cela un peu limite.

Manque d’hospitalité

Belle établissement sur un très beau site Jardin et espace extérieur bien entretenu avec une très belle vue sur la lagoon Chambre bien aménagée mais manque cafetière et bouilloire dans les chambres ce qui n’est pas normal pour ce type de standard Le point négatif est le service On ne ressent pas du tout la légendaire hospitalité marocaine dans cet hôtel Manque de personnel au beach club Kids club fermée car le personnel alterne entre le spa et le kids club Service Trop lent et pas efficace au petit déjeuné ( vraiment le service est a améliorer ) Ce point négatif nous a quand même laissé un souvenir mitigé sur cet établissement
