The room was not livable. AC was broken. sheets, blanket and pillow covers were very dirty. when asked to replace the sheets and covers, hotel said they don't have any available.
it is the single most worst experience for me. at the end after all this we did not stay there, they did not refund anything, and Expedia also did not help at all.
it's a full loss. non refundable means non-refundable even if room is not available according to Expedia. We complained when they refused to give us a livable room to Expedia, Expedia said they will look into it tomorrow as the hotel is not answering to them. then the next day Expedia said it is too late. not customer centric at all.
be very careful when you book this place. rooms are shoe box sized, and if they have last few rooms available, never book. Expedia support will also not help you at all.
never book non-refundable here.
