I called up to 10 times to be collect from the airport, was no answer and when they responded they said they will call me back! Never did, I had to call Uber to get to the hotel ok that’s no problem, at the reception very bad service one of the concierge keeps staring at me I I was scared and and comfortable to stay in this hotel

Nice hotel close to the airport

We stayed here for two nights. From the receptionist to the doorman, the staff members were all friendly and helpful. Room service was prompt and food was very good . We would recommend this hotel to our friends

Shivas gateway is located within 10 mins drive from the BLR airport. GM Mahantesh and team provided excellent support for my elderly parents right from picking them from the airport and dropping them next day back to BLR airport.

Comfortable overnighter.

Free breakfast buffet was a nice surprise! Delicious even for a traveller’s belly. Service was polite but slow. Room was comfortable. Taxi from airport was 1700 INR Looks just like the photos + has shower. Frustrating that there is no email contact.

Bar Fridge Empty

Overall it was nice, room was clean, tidy, staff was helpful, very convenient to airport. Only downturn was bar fridge. It was empty. It should have some cold drinks, juices or some snacks in kitchenette.

It was ok but there was construction. I changed to Shivas Galaxy but was till charged for two nights at the gateway. And then the night at the Galaxy. It seemed today much of a hassle to try to sort it out!
