Good Hotel, just not the best in cleanliness and a lot of mosquitoes. Staff were faboulous just that the management have to invest a bit to fix the shower, the broken doors, the dirty chars and a few touch ups, but otherwise a good stay.

We had an excellent stay. Reception staff were very accommodating and efficient. Rooms were well maintained. Washroom could use some restoration. Swimming pool was unusable. Staff were awesome. Happy overall.

The service is good, people are friendly. BUT the hotel room is old, especially the bathroom is too old. If your room is facing the main street, it will be extremely noisy!

Firstly, the key fob provided was not working, which required multiple try before I got into the room. Additionally, the flush in the bathroom was having issues, which was an inconvenience. The property itself felt very old and in need of renovation. The flooring in my room was visibly damaged, giving the space a worn and unkempt appearance. These factors combined to create a less than satisfactory stay. While the staff was courteous and tried to assist, the state of the property and the initial hurdles left much to be desired. I hope the management takes these concerns into account to improve the guest experience in the future.

Fire safety issues need resolving

Good stay overall. Room comfortable, gym small but nice. Didn’t use swimming pool (no loungers out by the pool). Breakfast was great. Biggest problem was that one of the fire escape routes was padlocked shut. I think there were problems with the fire escape ladder, but it was still signposted as an escape route, and the only escape route for that half of the hotel. I wouldn’t have expected this from an international hotel chain.
