"We only stayed for one night before leaving Lisbon. The hotel could use a bit of a refresh. Be aware, if you wish to open the window, the hotel is on the flight path and planes roll over every 3-5 minutes. Staff were friendly. "

"I booked this hotel because we had an early flight out of Lisbon. The hotel is very close to the trains and was easy to go in any direction. I thought the Holiday Inn was a safe choice in anywhere in the world but the room was so outdated and we couldn't open the window. The furniture looked like from 1970s and 2 Star hotels. The bathroom door was so old and has swollen due to humidity and won't close. The lobby and other areas were looking great but the actual room was a disappointment. I guess...

"The room was nice, basic, clean. I would be nice if they had some kind of folder to explain how the lights work and the TV and the AC. No restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was OK but didn't open until late. Not very centrally located. Had to take a taxi everywhere."

"The room was very warm. They sent someone up to make repairs to the air conditioner but they were unable to get it working. They put me in another room but the air conditioner didn't work in that room either. "

"Location is a bit awkward, 15 minute walk to subway. 10 minute walk to a.small.market, and very few restaurants in the area. But hotel is a good value for a.nice room. One.of the hop on bases has a bus stop near the hotel, but an infrequent line, bus only comes about 4 times a day."

"Would highly recommend the VIP Executive Zurique hotel, stayed a total of 5 nights and was very happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. My only criticism would be that it was that the room too warm so had to have the windows open to cool the room down. Breakfast was good with a variety of options and the hotel was near public transportation. Overall a good choice for the value. "

"The staff spoke English and helped us out. Everything was great and area restaurants and stores offered good value for the money. We used the pool once, water was a bit cold and hot tub was out of service. "

"We really enjoyed our room, #4, the room and private bathroom in a separate building through the kitchen. The room is small, but we were able to open 2 large suitcases and 2 smaller carry on suitcases. There were a couple of small issues which were fixed the next day...very quickly looked after. Super location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and many bus routes. We found a great restaurant where they spoke English just down the street, Restaurante Churrasqueira O Franquinho,...
