"When I asked for late check out I was granted to do so with a fee. But was still harassed by the cleaning team 5 different times each time was a different person. The communication needs work on. I did ask for refund on my checkout later fee and got it with no issue. Overall the place is an easy 8.8 ."

"Breakfast was warm...not hot. Hallways smelled, damp and musty. Dark, insufficient lighting, noise from upstairs rooms make it impossible to rest below. Will not stay here again."

"This is an older property. Clean enough. Shower/tub has a low ceiling and feels cave like. Hot water and water pressure was good. Bathroom heater/light/fan worked well. Bed was comfortable any there were a variety of pillow types on the bed. The bed covering was light I woke up in the night very cold. For a one night stop over to sleep it was fine. Wouldn’t want to stay longer. "
