We love this hotel. It’s older but it’s quiet, great location, lots of space in the rooms and patios to sit and watch the river. It’s just a relaxing place to stay.

We’ve stayed here a couple times and will continue to come back. A charming cozy property that is ideal for visiting beautiful Bend. Staff is friendly, rooms are large with a cottage style feel, and patios are spacious. Looking forward to our next trip already.

This small boutique hotel is a hidden gem. It is in a quiet location that is within walking distance to restaurants and the river trail. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our king bed room came with a fireplace and a couch and chair. It also had a refrigerator and microwave. Honestly it felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. After a long day in the car this Inn was as absolutely perfect. The breakfast was thoughtful and not your typical mass produced crap. Definitely 10/10. We look forward to staying again when we have more time to explore Bend.

This is an older hotel, but the rooms are quite nice, and it's located in a nicer area of Bend. The lighting and room decor is warm and inviting. The balcony overlooking the Deschutes River was a nice place to have morning coffee. The breakfast was nothing special, but there is a complimentary drink offered upon check-in, which was a welcome amenity.

Comfortable bed, clean room, very friendly staff. Easy check-in process with free drinks! When I arrived at the property, they upgraded me to a suite and no additional charge, was very happy with the extra space. Great location if you’re going to a concert at Hayden Holmes amphitheater it’s about a 15 minute walk to the concert venue and to the old Mill area.
