Worst ever
Take this motel off of your site. We arrived and were told there was no vacancy and they were closed. They wouldn't honor our reservation. We turned away and he was very rude. Horrible experience

Confirmation numbers don't apply here.
Even though I had a confirmation and arrived before 9PM I was told by the desk staff that he had just given away the last room and that I should contact my booking agent. When I inquired if he had given my room away he said that this was a private business and that he didn't like my attitude. Fortunate the Bend Value Inn across the street had rooms and was quite gracious and quick about getting me checked in. I know where I will book in the future...

Orbitz overbooked motel
I reserved the Mt Bachelor motel months before our visit. We showed up at check-in time and there was a sign on the door that said no vacancies and the office was locked. We called the number on the door and were told they had no rooms even though we reserved the room. They were quite rude and said that travel sites like Orbitz and Expedia often overbook their motel. We were stuck in Bend OR with no hotel room.

DO NOT STAY HERE.....EVER!!!
It's hard to review a hotel when they REFUSE TO HONOR YOUR RESERVATION!!! We got to town at 5:30pm on a Friday night before a big quilt show in 95 degree weather only to be told they would not honor our reservation and did not have a room for us! The hotel looks very run down and the guy who was in the office looked very scary. I would NEVER recommend staying at this hotel, I do not believe it is safe. And they won't honor Expedia reservations.

Heavy smoking room
Older motel, room was remodeled though it did not look like it, the room smelled really bad, like previous guests had smoked heavily inside. It was really late in the evening & we were tired but had to return the room & look for new accommodation. Luckily, the manager was agreeable & did not charge us.

Very economical and no frills
Our stay was while the motel was under new management and undergoing renovation, so things were a little torn up. Service was good, and the owner was friendly. The room had been a smoking room, so was not to our liking but I was not able to request a non-smoking room when I made the reservation. The room was clean, but not well furnished. This is a good place is you are looking for very economical rooms with no frills.

No Record of my reservation. Under construction.
When I arrived, the office was closed w/ a "no vacancy" sign. I pressed the buzzer to bring an employee to the door. He had not had time to wear much clothing and after 5 min. told me he had no record of any reservation in my name or any other name. The hotel office is being renovated so I stood in the parking lot thru all this. I went across the street to find a room. Just what I need at 1:00 AM.

Basic but clean.
For a long weekend trip to Bend, Mt. Bachelor Motel was the cheapest place to stay in town for about $80/night. The motel "office" is pretty sketchy and I was honestly scared to see the room. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with the room. The room was updated with king bed, nice shower, and it was clean. We thoroughly inspected the bed and it was clean. Our room was very basic, no frills, but definitely worked as it was much cheaper than anywhere else in town.

Thee Quietest Sleep...
I was sceptical at first but found this to be one of Bend's hidden secrets! Don't be fooled by its looks! Clean, priced VERY affordably, safe, courteous staff, and I must say - thee most quiet motel I think I've EVER stayed at. No traffic, no RR crossings near, you can't even hear the sound of the city. Completely remodeled with beautiful hardwood flooring and new bathroom tile. Big fluffy towels, comfortable bed and nice pillows!! No closet for hanging clothes, tho, and no deadbolt lock on the door, which for me is important so I hope they take my advice and change that. But because I knew the area I let it go. And needs more electrical outlets for charging phone/computer, blow drying hair, etc. SAFE part of town!! I travel to Bend for dr appts and often need to stay over. THIS is now my go-to place for just such a need. No more pricey stays at The Sleep Inn with "vacation amenities" that I don't need. If you don't need all the fluff but want just a clean, quiet, affordable place to sleep, try Mt, Bachelor Motel. You won't be disappointed.

Not satisfied.
Customer service was bad. Office was always locked and a sign saying ring bell for service. But when you ring the bell they only respond half the time. Very bare bones room. No place to hang clothes. Hot and cold water was reversed on the bathroom sink. Next to impossible to adjust the shower temp. No air conditioning. Windows were really dirty. On and on! Will never stay there again. I'll give this. They are trying to remodel it but doing a poor job.

The desk clerk had us look at the room before we paid for it. While nicely remodeled, we didn't notice the lack of air conditioning until we went to bed in the very warm and stuffy room.

The Motel is in a remodel, so doesn't look like much from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised by the inside. it was freshly painted, completely new bathroom facilities & nicely done. Flat screen TV, Refrigerator & Microwave. Drawbacks were no deadbolt (in process) & no air conditioner but you do have a lock for leaving the window open a little. The bed was very comfortable and the bath linens were new and of good quality. Slept very well. Would like to see how it is when the new owners are finished with upgrades, inside and out. For the price it was good.

bare bones
First off, I was surprised that the facility was in the condition it was in. The place looked unkept overall and did not look welcoming. It looked like longer term residents were living there and were using this as their home. When I checked in at 2pm, the person at the front desk said that their check in time was at 3pm and that Expedia was wrong. The front office looked like it was in the closet of the corner room. It was NOT a front office. My room was hot. It did not have a fan or a/c, there was no way to circulate any air. It smelled like Lysol spray was overused. The linen was dated and tired. The windows did not have any locks on them and I had to rig something up so that the window was opened but still secured. The bed was soft and unsupported and there was only one electrical outlet that was functional. I did not expect this type of facility in an up and coming area.

Turned away at office
When I arrived to check in I was rudely informed that no room was available. The property was run down and scary looking. Would definitely advise not staying at this motel.

Lacks expected services
Due to remodeling, our room had no heat. At 6pm, manager was off duty. We had to call him by cell phone to get a small heater for the room. There were no waste baskets, no soap and only a tiny bit of toilet paper left. TV remote didn't work well & TV had to be operated at the set. We used our own paper towels to replace missing toilet paper. There was no place to put or hang anything in the bathroom. Exterior of building needs painting and walk ways are dirty.

Avoid
Booked online due to low price and location. When I arrived a rather surly young man yelled at me because they were out of rooms and Expedia shouldn't have let me book one. The parking lot was almost empty at 10pm, so either the guy didn't want to work or the motel had a lot of weekly tenants with no cars out getting liquored up. Got back online and noticed they were still accepting reservations.
