Clean and quite room. Close to highway for easy access to travel. Free parking was easily available.

Great space on the top floor. It has a well-thought out bathroom with great ventilation and a very roomy living space. The couch and chairs were comfortable. The room also had a great railed bench for all our luggage and great table space. Would stay there again even though it is in South Bend and not central Bend.

The hotel was just like new. The room had many modern convenience such as USB ports and luggage racks. The bathroom was clean and has a great shower. We will be back.

Pull out bed was awful. We had kids but I ended up sleeping on the pullout with one of them. I haven't slept on one in 30 years and apparently nothing has changed. Would have preferred an inflatable one or even a camping style mattress pad.

Quiet and comfortable accommodations, friendly and professional staff and a great breakfast, I just wish the pool was open 24 hours for adult guests.

Unfortunately, the fridge in our room was not quiet. We had to pull it out of its cubby before the noise stopped. In addition, one of the other hotel guests had a dog who decided to wake everyone up in the morning with its yapping.

Had to change rooms late at night due to a issue with bedding , no one seemed to care, we have stayed here several times and never had a issue , too bad we couldn’t get a apology and seeing we booked with Expedia there was nothing that could be done , probably won’t stay again !

A recommendation “only”- might want to invest into a commercial or higher quality toaster. My english muffin never got toasted, but did warm. Overall, a great place to stay.

Appreciated the pet friendly feature - easy access to outside back for walking pet. Good breakfast offerings also - loved the 24 hours coffee availability. Good TV also.
