"I cannot praise the staff enough. Friendly, professional and helpful. I have no complaints about our visit."

"The appliances were not working properly, and when I reported to management, they expected for the customer to figure out what is wrong. For $200 a night and the Hyatt name, I expected better customer service from management and they should inspect the appliances alot more!"

"This place is utterly charming and the reason all the stars are not filled in, is because those pages wouldn’t fully fit on my screen display and the website won’t allow me to scroll over! 5 stars for ALL categories!!"

"Everything went well"

"My go to place to stay when I come to Augusta for work. Safe area and Restaurants in walking distance"

"Clean, courteous and nice breakfast! Very helpful and kind staff!"
