"First of all, the room I reserved and PIAD for was NOT available. I was put in a different room that did NOT compare to the one I paid for. Also, the bathroom door would NOT latch shut. Very disappointed in the whole situation! Definitely will not be staying at this hotel again. I do expect reimbursement for the difference in price between the two rooms."

They moved us to a second room and it was led filthy but stunk like stale dirty sheets. I pulled all the covers off the bed to make sure they were at least clean and the manager on duty ridiculed me. I also told him that we just wanted our money back and we’d stay somewhere else, he refused. We stayed in the room a very short night and left immediately the next morning to...
