The location is excellent, the price was very good, breakfast was delicious but the friendly and helpful staff were the real reason I had a great stay.

Although the property is older and outdated, the staff kept it clean and in order. All staff was extremely nice, helpful, kind, and caring. The location is very central and close to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping mall. Walkable to parks and theaters.

I definitely enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the breakfast. I did not like the fact that I could not check in early, especially after almost 24 hour of traveling. Communication lagged between me and them and they did not make clear what my options for early check in was until I was already checked in.The TV did not work twice. Because there was no second window it was difficult to get a good nights rest with so much noise in the city. And I have stayed in this area before.

Great staff and very helpful. Parking was a challenge as you can’t self park. They are slow to retrieve car when you need it. Bed was uncomfortable, only only tiny one pillow person and limited towels. Great location as it’s easy to get around.

A equipe é muito cordial. Mas o quarto q ficamos (211) precisa de reparos. O exaustor do banheiro já funciona, o teto está mofado e vaza água em cima e embaixo da pia. No quarto há uma infiltração atrás da cama ao lado da janela e no teto. Quando fica a noite é possível ouvir barulho de gotejamento na laje o tempo todo. As toalhas tem cheiro de criolina. O café da manhã é bom, mas o café da garra tava sempre morno e todos os dias havia apenas a opção de chá de abacaxi, muito saboroso. Porém, poderia disponibilizar sachês de sabores variados e água quente. Melhorando esses aspectos ficaria compatível com o valor. A localização é muito boa, bem próximo a praça liberdade.

Gostei muito da estadia no Savassi Hotel. Limpo, com conforto, pessoas muito agradáveis no atendimento, café da manhã muito bom. A única ressalva é em relação ao horário de check-in, que poderia ter uma maior flexibilidade, permitir a entrada no quarto um pouco mais cedo, mas sei que isto está no contrato e muitas vezes ainda há hóspedes que não desocuparam os quartos e a limpeza precisa ser feita para os próximos hóspedes. De qualquer forma, nem todos precisam entrar mais cedo, mas alguns necessitam disso e poderia haver algumas exceções. Mas no geral o hotel é muito bom. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar lá.
