The moment we arrived in the room 1175 the stench of chlorine and feces was strong. The corridor carpet looked old and dirty. We had to leave to a different hotel. O have never had a bad experience at an Ibis’s chain hotel. This is was my first bad experience at an Ibis. Also, the room was depleted of any kind of amenity, just a hanger next to the window. Might serve some type of public but not me. Now I will think twice before going to an Ibis hotel in the area of Belo Horizonte.

Chegamos antes do horário de check in e fizemos o cadastro. Voltamos para o check-in no horário (15h) e esperamos na fila, mesmo após 1h de espera nos informaram que o nosso quarto não estava disponível e que não havia estimativa para ser liberado. Os quartos estavam reservados e pagos há semanas e fomos tratados de maneira desrespeitosa e insolícita. Só conseguimos entrar no quarto após insistirmos no absurdo da situação.

Somente deixar registrado a falta de compromisso com o usuário e consumidor. Como sempre nunca consigo sair com a NF da hospedagem e não é enviada por e-mail como informado pelos funcionários sempre se negam. Limpeza tava horrível e instalação não estava boas. Última vez que hospedo não pretendo hospedar mais neste Ibis.

Compramos 5 diárias. Chegamos ao hotel e as acomodacoes não atendiam as nossas necessidades. Camas horríveis, duras, pequenas. Banheiro não cabia ninguém. A cama beliche não acomodava hóspede maior que 1,5m. Aparência do hotel de sujeira , desorganização. Perdi valores que paguei. Acabei comprando outra acomodação. Não indico. Necessita de reforma estrutural urgente.
