Hotel is very clean and feels very safe. It has a self parking garage. It also has a full restaurant on site which is very convenient. The breakfast is fabulous. Dinner - we waited an hour to get our food on a non busy day. The only down side is that the swimming pool is not heated.

Excellent location, comfort and service

This hotel is well-appointed and well located in BH. Our room was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers an excellent, very full breakfast and serves a very tasty pizza at dinnertime. The only glitch was I booked for my wife and myself but the hotel had only one guest on our record, so charged an extra 90 reais. Another guest reported the same issue.

We had a problem at the room 1512. I asked 3 times to fix the bathroom door and the light on the shower, they couldn’t fix it. Parking lot super small and you need to park by yourself also expensive. Normal breakfast and on Sunday had line to get in the breakfast area. The location is good near everything but I won’t stay anymore at the hotel.

My stay in this hotel was very good! All the staff were very friendly and willing to help me out! I met two amazing ladies Miriam and Cintia! These ladies helped me out in everything! They went above and beyond on giving me recommendations and making sure that I felt good at the hotel and everything I needed was taken care of! These ladies were the cherries on top of the cake! One amazing surprise was that a gentleman named Giovany was also very helpful to me, but to my surprise in Spanish! He was fluent! Since I don’t speak Portuguese, Spanish is my main language. He helped me communicating in the hotel, translating and interacting with the rest of the staff. If you are planning to visit BH, this is the place to be. One thing they didn’t know is that I am a Hilton honor member! Once I get back to USA I will write a very nice review for the 3 of them! Obrigado Gente!

All I want is coffee, air conditioning and internet. This was a work trip and I booked a meeting room twice and had to use my phone personal hotspot to do business meetings on teams. My ac didn’t work the last 2 days and they said it’s because the hotel is full. They only put coffee in the room once. The coffee machine downstairs is broken more than it works. I will NEVER stay here again

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The only issue was how thin the walls are in the bathrooms. We could hear everything from the people in the next room. Not sure what could be done to correct this issue. Overall a beautiful hotel.
