"Loved this hotel. Would book it again. Close to nice restaurants. Close to the cruise port. Very friendly and accommodating staff."

"Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall are right around the corner and the aquarium is nearby. It’s close to the Freedom trail and if you do one of the trolley tours, the first stop is a 5 minute walk. A wall to Little Italy is less than 15 minutes. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This wasn’t a big deal to us and 711, Dunkin, and Starbucks are all close by so you can get your choice of Java fix easily if that’s important to you. We didn’t take advantage of it, but there are DVD players in the room and an extensive DVD library where you can borrow a DVD to watch - a fun, unique addition. All in all, Harborside Inn is the perfect location for a trip to Boston. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!"

"Location and staff were great. The hotel is 3/5 in terms of maintenance. It feels a bit run down and things were kind of broken. The room was clean but also not really well maintained. As a lower cost option in the city it ’s good enough but not great."
