"Lovely hotel with lovely staff. I enjoyed my stay in Medellin. They had daily housekeeping which I really appreciated. The WiFi is really good and the hot tub was the cherry on top. It was also in an extremely walkable area with restaurants within a 1-15 min walk depending on where you wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Medellín. The only thing I would recommend that would make it even better is that they include a clothes iron and hair dryer in the rooms."

Everything feels cheap, they have a plastic chair, no duvet, soap dispenser are unlabelled bottles of something else, etc. There is no manager on site and they are unresponsive. I booked a City View but manager insisted that a hallway window qualifies as City View. Not sure they understand English. Rooms are most definitely not soundproof and they are on top of a bar. Dogs barking in the backyard late at night. The breakfast is eggs only, nothing...
