"The room had such poor lighting, one of the lights didn't work. Wasn't much conditioner in the shower, the sliding glass door was so difficult to open, no microwave in the room, the bathroom was nice tho. The staff was nice. Cookies are always good, the pillows were nice and comfy. HOWEVER, what's the deal about charging $17 for parking? Im a paying guest. I felt like I did not get my money's worth and probably could have had a better experience going to the comfort suites spend less money with more amenities. Won't go to another double tree. I didn't feel like a premium customer."

"This hotel was a good choice for our trip. The location was convenient, with several restaurants nearby and easy access to the areas we needed to visit. Check-in and getting around were simple, and everything met our expectations. For the price and location, it offered good value. I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area."

"Warning: Valet parking is essentially your only parking option. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and clearly very new. However, some of the challenges that come with a newly opened property affected our stay. We stayed for nearly a week and did not receive housekeeping service a single time. I called multiple times, and while the front desk staff were polite and apologetic, the issue was never fully resolved. I was told I would receive points as compensation for the inconvenience, but I have not received them. Fresh towels were provided when requested, but having to repeatedly call for basic housekeeping needs became frustrating, especially while traveling with a baby. While the hotel itself is attractive, the lack of consistent service significantly impacted our experience, and unfortunately, we would likely choose a different hotel for future visits."

"We had a wonderful time staying here for my daughter’s graduation from DU. The staff was lovely especially Brent Zorensky, the restaurant manager. He handled our large (crazy) party of 11 with a lot of humor and grace. Really made the experience wonderful. Thank you to everyone at the Hyatt!"
