"The staff are nice, but the room was not kept clean every day and the amenities are poor. In addition, the location does not feel safe. I saw homeless people and others sleeping on the street, and the area feels dangerous after 9 PM. You must use Uber or a taxi to get around safely."

"Very welcoming staff - honored the early checking VIP perk and allowed us to check in at 10:30 AM. We had a great room view a nice view. Breakfast service was great (especially Nicolas was awesome) - they brought "made to order" eggs, avocado toast etc. Room we very nice, clean and spacious. Location of this hotel is THE BEST with direct access to the Metro and large shopping malls. "

"Cleaning staff very pleasant but room cleaning and supplies were sporadic. Front desk staff doesn't really go out of their way to help you. Pool is freezing. Santiago is beautiful and the hotel was in a nice location within walking distance to restaurants and bars."
