On the first day, the staff provided a kind and thorough explanation, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The thoughtfully arranged amenities were also impressive. "Beautiful view and very friendly staff. You do have to take a water taxi ($1 and operates 24/7) to the main part of downtown Santa Cruz but the view is worth it! Also it’s across from The Point by Midoro which as an amazing view and food. I would stay there again! "

"Relatively new hotel by a family who is passionate about hospitality. Huge rooms, elegantly appointed, and the best bed I’ve ever slept in. Unusual for a rather downscale town, but still felt authentic to the surroundings. Beautiful public spaces on all floors with scenic views. And a genuinely warm staff. "

"Die Hotelanlage war wunderschön gestaltet. Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet und es gab genug Abstellflächen. Der Außenpool wurde abends noch gerne von unserem Sohn genutzt. Das Frühstück war kein Buffet, sondern wurde zubereitet und war immer sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. "I stayed in the Wolf suite- BEST view on the island! It was dreamy… the restaurant smells were great and made me hungry… the restaurant itself,(not associated with the hotel) meh. The staff was friendly, but they want to make money off of you- so save your money and go into the town and book your own activities. You’ll save a ton of money. But I liked this place. Very accommodating. It was a little noisy- lots of birds in the rafters and lizards coming in and out… but I actually enjoyed them. I...
